Bayside Bungalow is a beach villa located just about 20 minutes away from Mangalore. Its jaw dropping view of the beach from the enormous balcony overlooking it is truly a testimony to the beauty of nature.  It provides a surreal feeling of escapism from the bustling life of city with its beach view. The property is a duplex house located a few meters away from the shores of the Hosabettu beach. This exclusive and intimate place is sure to give a sense of rejuvenation and proclamation of love for life by the end of your visit.

 

Both levels are independent i.e., there is no access (stairs) between two floors from inside the house. Guests would have to use the outside staircase in order to have access to the upper level. The property comprises of 4 bedrooms & each room is equipped with four-poster beds made up of soft linens. On the plus side, the elevated location of the homestay makes the beach-stay prone to lots of sea breeze.

Both bedrooms have large windows which are placed facing the sea. One can wake up and step towards the window and watch the beautiful ocean with a cup of hot coffee. The word that would come to your mind would be “beautiful” as you witness the multitude of colours radiated by the sunset, which is very aesthetically reflected on the infinite stretch of the ocean, the coconut grooves on the left and the purple flowers on right too would move to the slow rhythm of the ocean at every ebb. The view from the balcony of the ocean is unparalleled.

 

The house also consists of a large common room, kitchen & a dining space in each level. The common room is a large space, fully equipped and is located right next to the entrance of the house and can easily seat about 10 – 12 guests. Attached to the common room is the dining hall which has a capacity of about 6 guests.

As mentioned, the property also consists of a balcony at the upper level but it also consists of a mini sit-out on the lower level with a small garden ideal for sipping on some hot coffee in the evenings or early morning to indulge in activities such as yoga, meditation, work out or to even read a book. The guests can even choose to go on a small walk along the shore before dozing off from a relaxing day filled with love, laughter and life.

 

The spacious house has plenty of space to dance, dine or both in this airy and well-ventilated beach stay. Its simplicity in its decadence is astounding.  However, the guests are requested to strictly avoid loud music and noises since the location is located in one of the most serene and peaceful places. It is adorned by the beautiful colour palette of white, beige and a touch of red. This blissful home can act as a base for various other escapades in and around Hosabettu.

This secluded gateway is a beach paradise to satiate your much-needed desire for the perfect vacation. However, the beach across the homestay is not a private beach and it is thereby accessible to the public as well. It offers a natural experience in the form of its idyllic location and is an unrivalled homestay of luxury, comfort and aesthetic.
